Production of musical instruments

Hello dear visitor! I, Valentine Tsitsey, is a master in making harps, guitars and many other musical instruments. This is my personal site-portfolio-store. Here you can see my work, buy and rent a musical instrument, and also make an order for the manufacture of new or restoration of your equipment.

I met the musical instruments in 2003. At the beginning, it was a royal instrument - an organ. I started restoring them to the organ workshop in Prague on Zbraslav. At the same time, I began to study wood work and learned about "resonant wood" and its use. I figured out how the tone appears, how tune the sound and how the sound color changes, depending on the material.

Over times, there was a need for the harp, and I thought, why not create her yourself. At that time, it was a problem to get the right information to do it. However, two years later, I gained enough knowledge and began to manufacture my first harp. After her successful creation, I was asked to do some more to order.

Now my main activity is production of harps. At the request of the customer, I manufacture from the selected species of wood, or colorful, with a large selection of colors. Also acquainted with the mechanics of pedal harp, its setting and repair.

In addition to harp, I am engaged in the creation of tourist guitars, kantele, harpsichord and other string instruments. I repair small organ: Positive, Portable. I also plan to start production of harpsichord and similar instruments.

I buy strings in the USA, there for me, braided with nylon and metal. Levers are mainly from Camac Company. Some other necessary materials, I make myself.
